Are you also a caring person? Someone who loves life and people, who is always ready to help others in whatever way you can? Welcome to our world :)
Sometimes caring for others takes over caring for ourselves. And with all the personal development resources, life-coaches, motivational speakers out there, and air attendants saying it every time you board a plane: put the oxygen mask on yourself before attending to others like your children... we should know better. It makes sense, doesn’t it? How can you take care of others when you yourself are not fit?
But sometimes, injuries happen or being stressed and overworked creates fatigue, chronic pains and illnesses, which in turn affects your mood, your emotions... it’s a vicious cycle and you run on auto-pilot. You might not have the time, energy or understanding to research and/or feel overwhelmed by the amount of various information you find, which is often times confusing or contradicting. And the solutions you find or are recommended might cost a fair bit of money, take time to implement, not fit with your family lifestyle, require too much of a change, etc.
We’ve been through that, doing a lot of research and still learning (that never ends! but we love it) and have been fortunate to find simple solutions that are easy and fast to implement, free or very good value-for-money for the benefits they offer, saving time, space, money and energy, and allowing us to enjoy life more, being healthier, feeling better on all levels, and we want to share these with you so you can use them for yourself and share them further.
