I started therapy school before I had my children and I just revived it last fall. I have had 10 cohorts and 58 therapists so far. It has been a dream to work so closely with therapists of all different backgrounds and modalities. A uniquely primed time to be connected and working in community.

✨ 2 new cohorts of 6-8 therapists ✨ Wednesdays at 12pm & Fridays at 12pm (Friday is full)
We meet biweekly for 6 sessions.

Therapy School also has a grad group cohort that meets monthly, more supervision focused but still has some elements of training. If you’ve been through a round of therapy school and want to continue reach out!

3. Acknowledge Impact, Not Just Intent.

4. Block Rationalizations avoid justifying or excusing behavior

6. Commit to Not Repeating

7. Self forgiveness- avoid shame-based perfectionism and to maintain openness for future learning

MENTAL HEALTH SOS: 5 Things to Do When You’re Crashing Out 🚨

Feeling overwhelmed or lost? Here are 5 ways to find your way back:

1️⃣ Control What You Can:
Regain your sense of agency by focusing on small, doable actions. Even making your bed or organizing a drawer can help.
2️⃣ Refocus on What Matters:
Take inventory of where your energy is going. Realign with your core values to feel more grounded and connected.
3️⃣ Lighten Up & Play:
Let go of seriousness. Find joy in simple things, try something new, or be spontaneous—playfulness is powerful medicine.
4️⃣ Three Things for Seven Days:
Pick 3 small actions (like showering, going to bed early, or connecting with a friend) and do them every day for a week. Small wins build big momentum.
5️⃣ Take a Break from Figuring It All Out:
Give yourself permission to pause the overthinking. Sometimes, stepping back is the best way to reset and recharge.
