Today I switched my morning workout for a walking meditation ✌🏼 and it was glorious. ☀️

It reminded me how much I loved waking up this winter on the sea of Cortez and walk the beach to catch the sunrise. Such a special time of the day.

There's something about the stillness and quietness of mornings that brings a sense of ease, calmness to the body and sets the vibe for the day.

**Firm Booty – Strong Legs**

Fun workout that you can do anywhere! It is a super fun and complete body workout as you will see😉

1 – Reverse lunge with knee up (both sides)
2 – Jump to jump squat
3 – Burpee tuck jump
4 – Curtsy squat alternating sides
5 – Football shuffle with squat
6 – Front lunge with kickback
Perform 3 sets of 15 reps.

Working out for me is a game changer in my confidence, energy and how I go through my life. It is so much more than loosing body weight, getting ripped or discovering abs. Because those things can come and go but it’s your mindset and energy from within that I truly think is the most profound transformation we can have from committing to our programs.

I wasn’t always this way. This August will mark 2 years since our 4th miscarriage. It left me feeling depressed, hormonally a wreck, 20lbs heavier and broken from the inside out. So I get it! Life can suck sometimes!

BUT there is a solution!! I built my way back up and beyond by committing to me again with a holistic approach to healing. Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset and Accountability.

It’s about making these a habit and not a chore. When you change your mindset, find that inner strength and break through the plateaus and you find a way to make it a lifestyle for you.

And rocked out 3 chin-ups ✨ this is definitely a weak point for me. I love cardio but strength is a challenge.

Upper body isn't my strongest area... my man and I were playing around with the chin up bar and I couldn't do one.
.
What would happen if i ended up hanging from somewhere for my life?? Lol hoping that never happens but if it does I want to be prepared 😉

So I'm adding it is at the end of my workout and over time I hope to drop the bands all together 🙌🏼 consistency and time will tell 💕

Check out this full body interval set workout that will maximize intensity but always remember to do it with proper form

If you want - you can use a dumbbell or a sandbag for the added weight

1 - Single arm shoulder squat
2 - Chopping lung
3 - dead row & upright row
Repeat Opposite Side
.
4 - Interval set with Bear hug jump squats 30 seconds
.
For moves 1-3 - 45 seconds with 15 second rest. Repeat each side then end with #4 30 second interval set. Repeat 3 times.
