To all the women, fathers, mothers, and mama's to be....

Are you feeling the call to transform your relationship with money?

Truthfully, I've been up and down with money my whole life. One thing I did last year was look my drama right in the eye 👁️ and I took the powerful step towards changing my relationship with money.

You probably feel the same as I did:
🤔 not looking at my money for what it was: a divine currency ⚡
😫 feeling limited at the amount of income that was coming in - even when it was way more than enough
👀 mis-managing the structures for money
🥴 feeling anxious about financial decisions, even when they were soulfully aligned investments.

What does abundance mean to you?

Your own definition is personal and where the magic is in cultivating your vision🌱

If you're tending to all your relationships with love & care, except money...how does it feel to talk about money?

Over a year ago, when I experienced another big curveball, I had to get real about my creative desires in my Soul Art Certification and look at where I was hiding in my money patterns? Because the course I wanted came with a price tag!

It felt sticky!! but when I asked for help, I found it. I didn't look away and pretend it was all good. I just couldn't deny my.soul desires.

I realized the investment in myself would "pay off" in more than one way.

If you're a woman reading this, ask yourself what your relationship to RECEIVING is...

compliments, money, time with yourself, patience, surrender, gifts, attention or lack there of.

Money is energy. So when you can open the channels of receiving for money, creativity, abundance, love ... how would your life feel and look like?

Expanding your capacity to receive through nervous system work is so essential.

While we are deep in the nurture of Winter, a time for sacred rest...
a pause to reflect and the patience to wait for direction...

Here, we have a new year, a new beginning, 2025
The whole year will be dazzled with new beginnings and of course, endings.

I believe our soul and heart have the wisdom within to navigate whatever phase we are in. The creation of space to listen is vital to hearing the way through, even if the waters are muddy yet.

Everyone is in different personal cycles of healing, learning and growing. We have our collective work too.
Maybe the most valuable of all "tools" is presence, compassion, and acceptance. Maybe the doorway to love is already open. More love is possible.

This Soul Speak session will focus on working with the energies of the cosmos, the seasonal wisdom of Winter and the desires of your Soul...

Surrender and sacrifice go hand in hand.

When we make the sacrifice to let go of the "need" to control, we can receive the gift of Surrender.

In our soul speak session yesterday, we indulged in the teachings of Surrender. Where can you make the right sacrifice, as to lean into how Surrender feels in your bones. Some of these insights were offered to me by Ally Bogard, thank you.

Playing with the felt sense of Surrender being faith embodied in action. We put this in our bodies in a delicious Breathwork and sacrum releasing yoga practice. As we move in the depths of winter, preparing for the energy moving down as Grace descends we embrace the nurturing qualities of the water element. In doasim, winter is meant to nourish the kidneys, the bones, which relate to our ancestry. A potent time to empty, transform the way the lineage runs through your brilliant being, so that Spring will be a whole new bloom to rise into.

How much are you willing to let go? We need to feel it, to heal it, and it's so worth the right effort to be who you truly are.

Soul Speak session tomorrow! ~ so many reasons to turn in and hear the wisdom within. I love this time of year! It's auspicious and enchanting. I welcome you to lean in, whether you're going through some hard stuff or simply want more JOY that's spontaneous and just good medicine, learning techniques is so helpful to align and prepare for what's next. How do we care for the Soul?

This week leading up to our live Soul Speak session, checking in with what your soul is expressing to you through dreams and messages...

For sure we need to look after our body as to nurture the souls expression and vision in the world. Metaphorically, the body is our house, our vehicle and we need good techniques to clean it up, tune it up, and listen deeply as to where we are going.

The lungs are the organ for autumn in doasim because they house our capacity for the virtues of courage and competency. Our hearing links us to safety when we can soothe ourselves in our surroundings. Taking care of the breath, body and mind together embraces wholeness and cultivates self-mastery through practices that work to clear, organize and open to Grace.
