Wednesday 30mins at 3pm GCP, Full at Achilles Heel

Thursday Full at Achilles Heel

Friday 30mins at 11am & 3.30pm GCP

Saturday 10am-12.30pm GCP

Apologies about the lack of content, it’s been super busy! 😲

I’ve had the pleasure recently treating athletes gearing up to leave and compete in the Paralympic Games over in Tokyo! Incredible athletes and a true inspiration.

Right, now that I have a chance to breath I can update everyone, what a crazy first month back!

Thank you to all the clients who have supported me through this tricky period. It’s been very busy but I’m sure I will have some availability to help.

🚨 PROVISIONAL DATE RETURN TO WORK 🚨

Finger cross this actually goes ahead but it looks like I’ll be back in action from the 26th of April!
