-“Con Drop,” is a common physiological and psychological “bounceback” from the intense convention weekend.
-Take care of yourself! Eat nutritious (comfort) food, drink water, catch up on sleep, and be kind to yourself.
-Remind yourself that strong emotions are a normal, temporary, response.
-Reach out to loved ones for reassurance- they may also be dropping and need the love!
