Postnatal core activation 2:
These exercise will help to engage your lower core muscles and pelvic floor again after childbirth.
- lay on back with right knee bent and left leg straight
- ensure lower back is pressed into the ground
- take a deep breath in and as you exhale lift the left leg keeping straight as you can but your knee soft
- take a deep breath in and lower the leg on the exhale
- repeat 6-8 times on each side
