Some days feel long… and messy… and so loud.
It’s easy to get caught up in the piles of laundry, the crumbs on the floor, and the constant “Mom! Mom! Mom!”

But when I slow down for just a second… I see it differently.

These little moments—sticky hands, endless snack requests, late-night wake-ups—
they’re signs of life… of love… of growing babies who won’t stay little forever.

This post is a reminder I needed today… maybe you need it too. 💛

Pregnancy and Postpartum TV wasn’t my first business attempt! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

When I was pregnant with this one (13 years ago!), I felt a pull to CREATE 🎨
I started writing a yoga book for kids… then tried developing a pregnancy smoothie… then launched a program for people with diabetes (I was working as a dietitian in a diabetes centre at the time). These were all failed attempts 😢

But one pivotal moment came during a course with Marie Forleo. She asked,
“Who do you want to work with every day?”

And deep in my heart, I knew the answer:
Pregnant and postpartum moms.

I’ve always believed pregnant mothers are magical. This season of life is so tender, powerful, and sacred.💞

It was scary to step away from everything I knew — the diabetes and obesity world — but I couldn’t be more grateful or feel more fulfilled than I do now, supporting moms and babies through this special chapter.✨

And if you’re reading this — I’m so grateful for you. 💕
