The Meaning Behind My New Logo 🥰

⭕️ The circle in my logo represents the sacred space we create when mothers come together ~ a village of support and safety.

❤️ At the centre is a heart ~ symbolising the deep, unconditional love shared between a mother and her baby and the love that surrounds them in our circle of mamas; our village.

✨ Together, the circle and the heart reflect what I believe in most ~ connection, care, support and love.

I’m a mom who uses screen time.
Not because I’m lazy.
Not because I don’t care.
But because, honestly, it helps us get through the day.

There are moments when I need time -
To fold the laundry without tripping over toys,
To cook a meal without little hands pulling at me,
To take a quick shower before the day eats me alive,
Or just to sit down and breathe when everything feels too much.

Sometimes, I cry.
Sometimes, I need silence.
And during those moments, if a cheerful cartoon character or an educational show can keep my child entertained and happy for a little while…
Then yes, I turn the screen on.
Without guilt. Without apology.

Because in this house, we do what works.
We do what brings peace.
We do what helps us survive the chaos of raising tiny humans with big emotions.

No, I don’t need praise for cutting back screen time.
And I don’t deserve judgment for allowing it.

My kids are growing.
My kids are learning.
Most importantly, my kids are loved - deeply, fiercely, endlessly.

If screen time gives me a break so I can come back with more patience, more love, and more strength - Then I’ll keep pressing play.
Again and again.

Because I’m not just raising kids.
I’m also trying to take care of myself.
And there’s no shame in that.

Motherhood asks so much of you ~ your body, your patience, your heart. But strength isn’t found in pushing through every moment. It’s found in pausing. In saying, “I need a break.” In letting someone else hold the baby or the emotions for a while.

You don’t have to carry it all to be strong.
You just have to be real ~ and that, mama, is more than enough. 💛
