ندوة حمى الضنك – الولاية الشمالية 2025

نظّم مركز تطوير التعليم الطبي (EDC) بكلية الطب – جامعة دنقلا، بالتعاون مع مستشفى دنقلا التخصصي ومستشفى المناطق الحارة، وبرعاية كلٍّ من المجلس القومي السوداني للتخصصات الطبية (SMSB)، ووزارة الصحة بالولاية الشمالية، وشركة إيفا فارما للصناعات الدوائية، ندوة علمية بعنوان «حمى الضنك – الولاية الشمالية 2025» تحت شعار:
*تعزيز الإدارة السريرية، ومشاركة المجتمع، وتعاون الشركاء من أجل القضاء على المرض*
أُقيمت الندوة يوم السبت 18 أكتوبر 2025 بقاعة د. محمد عباس للمؤتمرات بمركز تطوير التعليم الطبي – كلية الطب، جامعة دنقلا، في أجواء علمية متميزة جمعت بين الحضور الأكاديمي والطبي من مختلف المؤسسات.
جاءت الندوة ضمن المبادرات التي يقودها مركز تطوير التعليم الطبي لرفع مستوى الأداء الصحي والمهني،
وفي إطار الجهود الرامية إلى الحد من تفشي حمى الضنك بالولاية الشمالية ورفع جودة الخدمات العلاجية المقدمة،
دعمًا لتوجه حكومة الولاية في تشكيل اللجنة العليا لمكافحة حمى الضنك والملاريا، اللتين تمثلان أحد أبرز التحديات الصحية في المنطقة.
شهدت الفعالية حضورًا واسعًا من مختلف القطاعات، شمل القطاع الخدمي ممثلًا في وزارة الصحة ومديري المستشفيات والأطباء، والصيادلة والممرضين، إلى جانب الأجهزة النظامية مثل القوات المسلحة السودانية والشرطة وجهاز الأمن والمخابرات العامة، والقطاع التعليمي ممثلًا في كليات الطب والكليات الصحية الأخرى والطلاب بالولاية الشمالية.
وبلغ عدد المشاركين 117 حضورًا فعليًا و122 مشاركًا عبر منصة الزوم (Zoom)، ما يعكس الاهتمام المتزايد بالعمل الجماعي لمواجهة التحديات الصحية.
افتُتحت الندوة بتلاوة عطرة من القرآن الكريم، تلتها كلمات من رئيس اللجنة المنظمة مدير مركز تطوير التعليم الطبي وقيادات من الجامعة ووزارة الصحة والمجلس القومي السوداني للتخصصات الطبية، أكدت جميعها على:
أهمية التكامل بين الجامعة والمستشفيات ووزارة الصحة في التصدي للأوبئة.
ضرورة أن تكون القرارات الصحية قائمة على البحث العلمي والمخرجات الأكاديمية.
أهمية التعاون بين مختلف القطاعات والمؤسسات لتحقيق استجابة فعّالة ومستدامة.
وتنوّعت الجلسات العلمية لتشمل مجموعة من الموضوعات المهمة، من بينها:
🔹 التطوير المهني المستمر والتعليم الطبي.
🔹 الجوانب السريرية والتشخيصية لحمى الضنك.
🔹 الخبرات المحلية والإحصاءات الحديثة بالولاية.
🔹 حمى الضنك لدى الأطفال.
🔹 مكافحة النواقل والوقاية المجتمعية.
🔹 ضبط الجودة والتقارير المخبرية.
🔹 العلاج الدوائي الآمن.
🔹 الممارسات الصحية القائمة على الأدلة.
وخلال كلمته، أعلن عميد كلية الطب – د. كمال عبد الله علي، أن ملف اعتماد الكلية سيُرفع إلى المجلس الطبي السوداني قبل نهاية هذا العام، مؤكدًا التزام الكلية بمعايير الجودة الأكاديمية والتميز في خدمة المجتمع.
كما جدد مدير مركز تطوير التعليم الطبي – د. إبراهيم حمد النيل تأكيده على مواصلة جهوده في تحسين التعليم الطبي من خلال تطوير المناهج وتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وربط برامج التطوير المهني المستمر بالأولويات الصحية الوطنية. وقد تم خلال الجلسة التعريف بالمركز ونشأته ونشاطاته وهيكله الإداري ورؤيته وأهدافه.
التوصيات الرئيسة للندوة:
1. إعداد بروتوكول موحّد لعلاج ومكافحة حمى الضنك في المستشفيات.
2. تعزيز نظم الترصد والتبليغ بين القطاعين العام والخاص.
3. دعم البحث العلمي وبرامج التدريب المهني المستمر.
4. إنشاء مخزون استراتيجي للطوارئ الصحية.
5. رفع الوعي المجتمعي حول الوقاية من البعوض والنواقل.
وفي ختام الفعالية، جدّد مركز تطوير التعليم الطبي (EDC) تأكيده على مواصلة جهوده في دعم التعليم الطبي المستمر، وتطوير المهارات السريرية، وتعزيز التعاون بين الشركاء، من أجل بناء نظام صحي أكثر كفاءة واستدامة يخدم المجتمع والإنسان.
Dengue Fever Symposium – Northern State 2025
The Medical Education Development Center (EDC) at the Faculty of Medicine – University of Dongola, in collaboration with Dongola Specialized Hospital and the Tropical Diseases Hospital, and under the patronage of the Sudan Medical Specialization Board (SMSB), the Ministry of Health of Northern State, and Eva Pharma for Pharmaceutical Industries, organized a scientific symposium titled
“Dengue Fever – Northern State 2025”
under the theme:
“Enhancing clinical management, community engagement, and partner collaboration to eliminate the disease.”
The symposium was held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Dr. Mohamed Abbas Conference Hall at the Medical Education Development Center – Faculty of Medicine, University of Dongola, in a distinguished scientific atmosphere that brought together academic and medical professionals from various institutions.
This event came as part of the initiatives led by the Medical Education Development Center to enhance professional and healthcare performance, and within the efforts to reduce the spread of dengue fever in Northern State and improve the quality of medical services — in support of the State Government’s initiative to form the High Committee for the Control of Dengue Fever and Malaria, which represent major health challenges in the region.
The symposium witnessed a wide attendance from various sectors, including the health sector represented by the Ministry of Health, hospital directors, physicians, pharmacists, and nurses, in addition to the security and defense sectors such as the Sudanese Armed Forces, Police, and the General Intelligence Service, as well as the educational sector represented by medical and health colleges and students across Northern State.
The total number of participants reached 117 attendees in person and 122 via Zoom, reflecting the growing interest in collaborative work to address health challenges.
The event began with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an, followed by speeches from the head of the organizing committee and Director of the Medical Education Development Center, university leaders, the Ministry of Health, and the Sudan Medical Specialization Board. All emphasized:
• The importance of integration between universities, hospitals, and the Ministry of Health in combating epidemics.
• The need for health decisions to be based on scientific research and academic outcomes.
• The significance of cross-sector collaboration for an effective and sustainable health response.
The scientific sessions covered a range of vital topics, including:
🔹 Continuing professional development and medical education.
🔹 Clinical and diagnostic aspects of dengue fever.
🔹 Local experiences and recent statistics in the state.
🔹 Dengue fever in children.
🔹 Vector control and community prevention.
🔹 Quality control and laboratory reporting.
🔹 Safe pharmacological treatment.
🔹 Evidence-based health practices.
In his speech, Dr. Kamal Abdallah Ali, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, announced that the college’s accreditation file will be submitted to the Sudan Medical Council before the end of this year, reaffirming the faculty’s commitment to academic quality standards and community service excellence.
Meanwhile, Dr. Ibrahim Hamad Al-Neel, Director of the Medical Education Development Center, reaffirmed his commitment to advancing medical education through curriculum development, faculty training, and aligning continuing professional development programs with national health priorities.
During the session, the Center’s background, activities, administrative structure, vision, and objectives were also introduced.
Main Recommendations of the Symposium:
1. Develop a unified protocol for the treatment and control of dengue fever in hospitals.
2. Strengthen surveillance and reporting systems between public and private sectors.
3. Support scientific research and continuing professional training programs.
4. Establish a strategic reserve for health emergencies.
5. Increase community awareness about mosquito and vector prevention.
At the conclusion of the event, the Medical Education Development Center (EDC) reaffirmed its commitment to supporting continuous medical education, developing clinical skills, and strengthening partnership collaboration, in order to build a more efficient and sustainable health system that serves both society and humanity.
