Alopecia doesn’t define my worth—but sharing my journey can empower hers. 💖 VERY TRUE STORY

Recently, I had one of the most meaningful conversations—with my 7-year-old niece.

She asked why my hair sometimes looks different. And so, with a deep breath and a full heart, I told her the truth: "I have something called alopecia. My hair doesn’t grow the way it used to.” I told her it doesn’t hurt, and I didn’t do anything wrong. That lots of people—kids, adults, even real-life superheroes—live with hair loss. And I told her something really important: Hair doesn’t decide who I am.
