What a way to kick off the new class of 2025! ✨

This week I had the absolute joy of welcoming a brand new group of passionate and curious practitioners into my 2-year ACT training program.

We spent the first three days diving heart-first into the work ❤️ – with an experiential introduction to ACT, followed by two days of deep learning on RFT and functional analysis with none other than the brilliant Dr. Niklas Törneke🧠

I’m already so impressed by the openness, courage, and kindness of this group 🙏🏻❤️

If this is how we begin, I can only imagine where we’ll be in two years 🚀
