Dr. Jessica M. Spencer Welcome to my family prevention page! I am a passionate preventionist that understands and appreciates youth behavior and risk taking. Happy preventing families!

Please be advised that you will also be reported for cyberstalking. I began my higher education with a love of science and completed my Associate’s degree in Veterinary Science at Becker College. With a love of animals and caring for others I decided on working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology at the University of Tampa in order to make my community a better place for all. Working in the substance abuse prevention and intervention field with challenging students led me to pursue and earn a Master’s degree in Substance Abuse Counseling and Education as well as a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University. I am a Certified Prevention Professional and Certified Addictions Professional in the State of Florida. I also hold a Student Assistance Counselor certification in Rhode Island. I have 16 years experience working in the substance abuse prevention field and am available for consultations and mentoring.
