My passion is helping women 35+ take control of their health, mindset, and well-being from the inside out.

I get how frustrating and confusing trying “all the things” (restrictive diets, endless exercise, fads) can be. We think the next thing is the answer only to be disappointed again.

It’s not your fault!

The truth is 👉 we’re not taught how to support our unique bodies and be healthy.

That’s why this is my focus when I work with amazing women just like you and why I’ve created my new podcast Redesign Your Interior 🎉

With conversations, actionable insights and real-life tools you can use to help with health challenges like fatigue, cravings, weight management, and hormonal (peri)menopause symptoms.

Conversations to help shift your mindset and have some a-ha moments in your journey to feeling more confident, happy, and fulfilled.

✨Most of us (a whopping 80%) experience hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, weight gain, anxiety and so much more 👉 for years.

While bioidentical HRT and nutritional supplements can be helpful you can improve your relief from symptoms - and be healthier overall - by focusing on proper nutrition.

With (peri)menopause that means ditching diets and food rules and getting your unique amount and balance of quality carbs, fats and proteins (with treats thrown in there).

Without this, you can eat all the (peri)menopause symptom-reducing food and still struggle with hot flashes.

The added bonus of learning how to nourish yourself is that it will help with health risks like heart disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis that happen during (peri)menopause.

Need some ideas on what to add to your grocery list?

Here are 5 foods that can help reduce (peri)menopause symptoms.

1 Flax Seeds - Healthy fats like Omega-3s in flax, chia & h**p seeds, deliver nutrients to your brain and help balance hormone levels, which can reduce symptoms like depression, mood swings, and hot flashes

2 Eggs - Women in (peri)menopause need more protein because of the lower amounts of estrogen causing decreased muscle mass and bone strength. Don’t like eggs? Have lean meat, fish or legumes.

3 Berries - particularly blueberries, are rich in antioxidants which help with reducing hot flushes, anxiety, exhaustion, and difficulty concentrating (brain fog).

4 Whole grains like brown rice are high in nutrients and fiber which not only can help reduce (peri)menopause symptoms they help keep you regular.

5 Spinach is a trifecta of goodness. It’s high in iron, and phytoestrogens and is a powerful antioxidant. Helping maintain a healthy weight and giving your body extra calcium for your bones.

✨ Hello Lovely Ladies! Want to know the one thing no one really talks about with weight loss (read to the end to find out)

I understand the visual and mental impact of before and after pictures, but I’m always wary of them.

Yes! Those results are possible!

But realistically, how long did it take that person (because some image captions are “I did it in 4 weeks!” ….Um, no)

👉 and were they able to keep those results without continuous crazy amounts of exercise and strict dietary restrictions?

You know, like living in the real world where there’s dark chocolate and popcorn movie night.

I get that we want the quickest, easiest way to fit into our sexy jeans (whatever size they may be), but don’t set yourself up for failure.

❤️ Give yourself some love and be realistic.

Depending on your goals. It’s going to take longer than a month, and it’s going to take some effort.

Unfortunately, there’s no magic pill that will give you a sustainable, real-life way to better health and comfortable sexy jeans.

But the process doesn’t have to be hard. You don’t have to suffer through it, and you don’t have to feel like it’s taking forever…...

We need to stop putting ourselves last and know that when we focus on our health and happiness 👉 we benefit, but everyone in our world does too.

✨ Stress can stop your body from losing weight 🤯

It's true! When we're stressed, our bodies release cortisol, a hormone that can lead to increased appetite, cravings for unhealthy foods, and even fat storage, especially around your middle. Ugh....belly fat.

By reducing our stress, it's easier for our body to release extra belly fat.

One mind shift I use with clients is to focus on HEALTH instead of the stress of trying to lose weight.

Removing the pressure of having to see immediate results (or any results) releases that stress.

When you do that along with - unique to you - easy lifestyle changes 👉 the weight releases.

My client Joanne worked HARD for an entire year to lose weight. After working with her for 3 weeks, reiterating what we were doing was NOT a diet, but for overall better health....
...she ecstatically and in complete amazement says to me 👉 I've lost weight.

Ditch the stress my friend and focus on HEALTH, not the weight.

We don’t want to do “diets’ anymore (because ugh they’re hard and don’t work).

We don’t want to be confused about what’s happening in and with our bodies (yikes hormones and what’s up with this belly fat? 😕).

✨ We want to have easy habits that support our health, reduce menopause symptoms in a way that works for us and our unique life

✨ We want to know how to eat to support our body and fit into our clothes (or go down a size)
