My apologies - I have been going through a stressful time due to an event thst happened and I'm still processing my emotions. This has created a lot of upset and mixed emotions that I'm working through and when the time is right I'll fill you in on the events that took place 😢

Hope you are all OK, Ive found that I've not kicked the habit yet due to these unforseen happenings but my mindset remains the same.

I don't want to continue being a smoker!!

Afternoon, I'll be poping on a live later on tonight to Check in.... Yesterday I got through the morning smoke-free, unfortunately I smoked a 3 ci******es that day so I'm going to see how I can get through today and talk a lil about it later

So September the 1st creeping up and I just went shop for a pack of cigs. This will be my last packet and I put two fie them so after these 10 cigs I'm done
