“Thinking” has become the prison of choice for humans to be neatly corralled and controlled within.

Who’s thinking should you follow? The ones in power? The ones who raised you? The ones who scream the loudest?

Why is their thinking superior or more meaningful than any of your own insights or awarenesses?

And yet the ability to question our own thoughts has been so challenging for so many millennia, that many of us over timelines have chosen to remain silent rather than examine them.

But the beautiful thing is that your thoughts are not even real :-)

Thinking is fallible, memory is mutable.

But when you flow down from your head into your heart, suddenly, you activate a brand new perception of Knowing.

Knowing is not a trend.

Knowing does not need agreement.

Knowing is personal and powerful.

This paradigm of Awakening that we are all a party to in one way or another, is about discovering the prison of your thoughts, and recognizing the freedom in your Knowing.

Respond rather than react.

Center rather than scatter.

Know what is yours and what is not.

Be clear about your boundaries.

Remain with what is yours and eliminate the distractions which pull you from your Alignment.

Then, when it is your time to step up, when it is your time to respond, you will do so from your internal discipline of Alignment rather than from an imbalanced ego.

The beauty of this planet, her oceans, her forests, her beings, and her diversity, is arguably the envy of the cosmos!

What a jewel we live upon. Irreplaceable, remarkable, precious.

We do not get a second planet. We may have other lives and other timelines, many influences and insights, but above all this planet is unique, wondrous, and the originator of the body that you inhabit.

I invite you to breathe into your body wherever you are - the light, colors, and the sensations of life.
Ground this through you and send it deep into this earth in recognition and in gratitude.

Then pull up from this earth renewed energy that fills your heart and let this pour up and out of the top of your head like a waterfall of joy to sparkle throughout the infinite.

This is a simple meditation, but one, if practiced regularly and with great intention, will clear your channels, open greater connection to Source, and allow greater listening to the whispers of Gaia all around you.

To flow with what matters most and to let go of the noise.

Diversions may tug at your attention, but let them go without a backward glance.

Negativity may tug on your brain, but gently disentangle and stay the course.

Fears may tug on your heart - but ask yourself what matters more than your fears?

Follow THAT..

For this is love and it is the creator of worlds.

A short and sweet reminder that the power you seek, is actually already yours. Want something new to shift or open up in your life? Then take a moment to reflect, get still and become honest with yourself and what you have created. Only then, will you have just enough of an opening to find a new sliver of opportunity.

No matter what the challenge is, and boy are there MANY, you are co-creating it with your thoughts, actions and ripples of state of being. The state you wish to feel will only be sensed when you stop generating the feelings that cloud your Knowing.

So take a breath, dearest one. Go within and find an island of peace. Then begin again. So many blessings and so much gratitude for all that you currently do to keep the Light on. It is real, and your energy matters.
