Metaflammation appears to be central to many chronic diseases and accelerated ageing. This is ‘Metabolic Inflammation’ also known as ‘Inflammation-Driven Ageing’. Understanding the factors that drive this process gives us insight into how to improve resiliency, durability and longevity of every Individual.

Effective management of metaflammation and inflammageing requires a comprehensive approach that targets key disruptors to metabolism. By addressing dietary, lifestyle, environmental, and hormonal factors, individuals can mitigate inflammation, optimize metabolic health, and promote successful aging

Literature supports that food allergies, intolerances and sensitivities are linked to metainflammatory sequelae.

Source:
Research reports that IgG antibodies produced by foods and improper dietary habits directly affect the circulatory system and are directly linked to an increase in cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Testing for IgE, IgG, IgG4, and complement is very important for clinicians treating cardiovascular patients. Certain foods may trigger gut microbiome issues that then disrupt heart-gut signaling and lead to chronic inflammation, increasing the risk of CVDs.

Uncover the connection between food sensitivity and cardiovascular wellness. Order now for a healthier life! Investigate the strong connection between your plate and your mood.

🦴 Understanding Rheumatoid Arthritis 🦴

Rheumatoid Arthritis is an autoimmune disorder that primarily impacts the joints but can also affect other systems. The immune system mistakenly attacks healthy cells, causing inflammation, which is a hallmark of RA.

🍽 How Food Factors Into RA 🍽

1️⃣ Inflammatory Foods: Some foods, such as red meat and processed foods, can heighten inflammation in the body, potentially worsening RA symptoms.

2️⃣ Allergies and Sensitivities: Food allergies or sensitivities may trigger or exacerbate flare-ups, making dietary awareness crucial.

📊 Rheumatoid Arthritis By The Numbers 📊

- Affects approximately 1.5 million people in the U.S.
- Women are two to three times more likely to get RA.
- Most commonly diagnosed between ages 30 and 60.

✨ Could Food Sensitivities and Leaky Gut Be the Hidden Culprits Behind Your Acne? ✨

Hello, Infinite Allergy Labs community! Acne is a complex skin disorder with multiple triggers, ranging from hormones to lifestyle factors. Today, we're diving deep into the role of food sensitivities and 'Leaky Gut Syndrome' in the onset and exacerbation of various forms of acne. 🥦🍕🤔

🔬 The Extended Science Behind the Connection 🔬

1️⃣ Inflammation: Food sensitivities can stimulate the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, which can trigger an overproduction of sebum and contribute to inflammatory acne like papules and pustules.

2️⃣ Gut-Skin Axis: The health of your gut microbiota has been shown to be strongly connected to your skin's health. Food sensitivities can disrupt this balance, worsening acne.

3️⃣ Leaky Gut Syndrome: Also known as 'intestinal permeability,' this condition allows toxins and bacteria to escape from your intestines and enter your bloodstream. It's believed to contribute to systemic inflammation and, consequently, various skin disorders including acne.

4️⃣ Nutrient Absorption: Inflammatory reactions can compromise your gut lining, affecting the absorption of essential nutrients that help fight off acne.

5️⃣ Histamine Release: Certain foods can trigger the release of histamine, which may lead to skin redness and acne flare-ups.

📌 Specific Types of Acne Potentially Impacted 📌

- Inflammatory Acne
- Comedonal Acne
- Cystic Acne
- Acne Rosacea

🎯 Why Choose Infinite Allergy Labs?

We provide comprehensive food sensitivity testing for 88 foods and key immunological markers, including IgG, IgG4, IgE, and C3b/d.

📊 Diagnostic Markers Explained

- IgG and IgG4: Helpful in identifying delayed food sensitivities which might contribute to chronic conditions.

- IgE: Addresses immediate allergic reactions.

- C3b/d: Provides a detailed look into how your immune system reacts with foods.

🌱 Take Control of Your Skin and Gut Health

If you're experiencing stubborn acne that refuses to clear up, it might be time to explore food sensitivity and leaky gut as potential culprits.

- Approximately 15-20% of adults have a food intolerances or sensitivity.
- Cardiovascular issues have also been linked to chronic inflammation – metaflammation - that results from a food sensitivity/intolerance.
- Current literature supports the fact that food allergies, intolerances and sensitivities are directly tied to metainflammatory sequelae and the release of GUT mucosal IgE and IgG type antibodies.
- This inflammatory signaling “drives” your patient’s trend toward cardiovascular diseases.
- How you address this metaflammation dictates the patients ability to decrease the risks of cardiovascular diseases.

I see this ALL THE TIME!!!

Candida is a type of yeast that normally lives in small amounts in places like your mouth, gut or skin without causing any problems. However, when the environment is right, the yeast can multiply and grow out of control, causing candidiasis.

It is important to test for candida alongside various foods, because if your immune system is reacting to candida the lining of the gut will be worn down. This particularly effects the first line defense, or our immune system. Yeast or candida decreases our immune lining in the gut, which will increase the potential for the immune system to become confused and attack foods, creating allergies and sensitivities.

What do you do if candida comes back positive on your FAST test results? Click here to learn more: http://ow.ly/b4Tt50KWubF

This should be done yearly!

Food Allergy and Sensitivity Testing is recommended up to twice per year. Current literature supports that food allergies and sensitivities are directly tied to metainflammatory sequelae and the release of Gut mucosal IgE and IgG type antibodies. Screening for these responses helps determine where your patient "is" regarding underlying gut/immune responses.
