What to expect:

Loving, kind and inspiring visualisations to connect with our own divine energy and set the tone for peaceful meditation.

Listen to positive mantras led by Sarit including:

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu - a Sanskrit prayer with the general translation: “May all beings be happy and may my thoughts, words and actions contribute in some way to the happiness of all beings”.

Love Peace and Harmony - a soul song song channelled by Dr and Master Zhi Gang Sha, with the lyrics:

I love my heart and soul

I love all humanity

Join hearts and souls together

Love Peace and Harmony

This song will be sung in different languages and you are welcome to sing it in the language of your choice.

Anyone who wishes to is welcome to join in the singing with their mic off (one at a time to avoid sound clashes).

We close with gratitude and brief sharing for those who wish.

Everything is optional, please feel comfortable to come and just be in the field with your camera and mic off and just receive.

Today is Day 6 of my Christmas Spirit Challenge and I'm feel called to add this question into the mix:

What prayers would I like to offer for the world?

Every Christmas I seek out cards that have Joy to the World, Goodwill to all and Peace, but last Christmas I really struggled to find such cards. Especially with everything that is going on with the world, it feels especially important for me to share this message now:

May all beings in this world know peace. May all arms be laid down permanently and may there be no need for them ever again. May all receive the help, healing, resources and goodness they need for their life journeys. May no human ever harm another living being. May we learn to love ourselves. May we learn to live in harmony with each other and with this beautiful Earth that is continuously providing for us. May we all offer and be met with kindness. Joy to the world!

I am so grateful to have set myself this challenge - it has made a big difference in my mindset! I feel warmer about everything and more myself! Tomorrow is the last day and I will definitely be keeping these questions close to my heart! This has been a great gift to give myself - I was reluctantly turning 48, but now I am grateful to be turning more myself!

Day 2 of my Christmas Challenge!

At Christmas, everywhere is decorated with beautiful lights, colours and lovely messages as well as Christmas trees. Today's question is:

How would I like to decorate my life?

As I mentioned, I've been struggling with some big stuff for a while, so when I asked myself this question, it became an opportunity for self love and kindness.

One of the challenges I've faced is not allowing myself time for creativity, as my mind devalued it in the scheme of working towards financial stability. But my soul knows that being creative is something that deeply nourishes me, especially when I get into a flow state and focus on the magic and fun of creating. It knows that while it may not bring immediate financial improvement, it uplifts me and helps me to feel my true self.

With this in mind, I decided to make a Self Love tree!

It's actually a recycled Spirit of Christmas Tree that I used at a Christmas Fair last year with . In December it was decorated by the kids in the community with wonderful messages about what Christmas meant to them, as well as some beautifully encouraging messages. One such message was left on there:

Be brave, I love you.

And so my Self Love Tree was born!

I am so grateful that I kindly pushed myself to sit and decorate my life. I love the messages I wrote for myself:

I Belong.
May I be happy with myself.

I didn't even realise I needed to hear those things.

May I fabulously flourish through my work.

This message crashes through the limiting beliefs I've had about being out of place in this world and to succeed financially from a place of great wellbeing.

May I be successful serving thousands of people.
This acknowledges and cements my intention to grow and and 'go bigger'.

As I write this, I'm smiling in Gratitude and mirth at how I ended this day, which took a difficult turn, feeling uplifted and joyful.

Thank you Spirit of Christmas for blessing me in March!

I'm excited for Day 3!

I've been quiet for some time, partly managing Hypothyroid-induced depression along with the other challenges that come with being me while striving for a better life in this topsy turvy world!

This year, I was determined not to let the light of this season pass me by, and as such, I opened myself up to feeling the energies and allowing them to flow through me to share hope for an outpouring of light for 2025.

The result is a notebook full of musings and meanderings, as well as this new version of Silent Night (which felt like divine whisperings in my ear!). May it help you embrace whatever you wish to embrace during the holiday. Greatest Gratitude to my wonderful friend and singing partner, Geri O'Regan for enabling me to bring this to life with her beautiful voice and guitar stylings.

I wish you and yours the greatest quality of life, whatever that looks like for you.

Happy Chanukah, Merry Christmas, Happiest Holidays to All and may there be peace on Earth.

Here are the lyrics - heads up, there is a little surprise mash up at the end, for those of you who know that "Your floor could be someone's ceiling"...

Brightest Light, in my heart

I call on you, all year round

Help me see the gifts by my tree

Every day they’re there for me

Let me unwrap every one

Until the next Christmas is come

Wondrous Light, blessing my heart

Lead me to, a better start

Taking time to hear my voice

So that you can guide my choice

Growing the light on the Earth

Where we’re of all equal worth

Brightest Light, benevolent might

I call on you, to guide my hand

Help me see the loneliest ones

Ease their suffering with our love

Sharing good wishes for all

Winter Spring Summer and Fall

Brightest Light, Sacred Light

Let me heal, and honour Earth

Give me courage to slow my pace

Living in love and peaceful grace

Sharing the gifts of my soul

Being a new world for all.

Greatest Gratitude to Franz Gruber for this divine melody.

One of my 'go to' stress management strategies is Gratitude practice (I can now say, I even wrote a book on it!) and practising Gratitude in nature makes it doubly delicious! Note how calm I was in the video when the helicopter flew overhead - Gratitude in action!

If you're suffering from stress, feeling stuck or that there isn't enough, or even that you just need a break, my heart goes out to you and I invite you with a big hearty smile to my free Gratitude & Abundance Workshop this Sunday 27th October, 2pm-4pm at the wonderful ParkLife Café in Harrow Weald! All welcome, including doggies! The Cafe is on the edge of a park, so if the weather is nice, we may venture outdoors to enjoy part of the session in nature, for anyone who feels comfortable doing so 💚.

I'll share an excerpt from my book, Gratitude Goldmine, and there'll be exercises and surprises too, including some music! Everything is optional, come as you are and join in as you feel comfortable.

Please let me know if you have any inclusion needs as soon as possible so that we can address them with kindness.

Greatest Gratitude to the wonderful folks at ParkLife Cafe for providing the beautiful space and to Shamash Alidina for his kindness, generosity and support!

Want to learn how to literally stop and smell the roses, even if there aren't any actual roses?

When we're stuck in a rut or in stressful situations, it can be easy to think that that's all there is. It can be easy to focus only on what's in front of us, what's challenging us, what's blocking us. That's when we need to take a break, be kind to ourselves and 'stop and smell the roses'!

For me, this means practising Gratitude in a way that is nourishing and also kind to myself - by proactively tuning in to what's going right for me. It's one of my 'go to' stress management strategies, and I can now say, I even wrote a book on it!

Times are feeling tough and it can be easy to fall into a mindset of scarcity and lack, which only adds to any stress we may already be experiencing. The nature of our current world, with its hi-tech, high speed ‘time is money’ tendencies is another factor that can contribute to our experiencing struggle.

It may sound like a cliche, but when was the last time you actually stopped and smelled the roses?

We are all really busy trying to get by, we may not have the ability to slow down and deal with our stress, feelings of scarcity and struggle.

It doesn’t have to be this way though. Becoming aware of and appreciating all the things that are going right for us and all the resources within us and around us can help soothe our stress and feel more open and abundant, easing our struggle. We are then able to be kinder to ourselves and more generous with others - a win win situation!

I am delighted to invite you to join me and my wonderful friends, Geri O'Regan, Shamash Alidina and Trevor Murphy for a deliciously free workshop on Gratitude & Abundance on Sunday 27th October, 2.00-4.00pm at ParkLife Cafe, Harrow Weald, HA3 6EJ. Huge gratitude to for providing us with their lovely space ❤️🙏🏼❤️

Through Gratitude and Kindness exercises and some surprises (musical and otherwise!), we will be cultivating positive energy and generosity! I will also read an excerpt from my book, “Gratitude Goldmine - Dig Deep, Feel Great(ful)”.

Tickets are free and available through the link in the comments. We look forward to welcoming you with open hearts!

As I kindfully make my way back onto social media after taking time away to finish my book, I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to do so! It enabled me to put my whole self into the book without burning myself out. What kind of book would burnt out energy have produced?!

So here I am, planning some lovely opportunities for us to come together and grow a heart-centred community. Watch this space as the 6 year anniversary of Highest Good Wellbeing is coming up and I have an announcement to make!

Finally, to mark World Mental Health Day on Thursday 10th October, the Kindle version of my book Gratitude Goldmine - Dig Deep, Feel Great(ful) is available for £1.99 until the day after.
