Grateful beyond words for everyone who joined us at yesterdays Mini Wellness Retreat 🤍

The sun came out just in time and we truly got to enjoy the full experience. Gentle movement, sound, sauna, cold plunge, connection, and fireside moments together. Seeing everyone slow down, reset, and soak it all in was so special.

Thank you for bringing your energy, openness, and beautiful presence. Events like this remind me why I love creating these spaces so much ✨
