I love this perspective!

I used to worry about the people I love, but I don’t anymore and this is why…⁣

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲.⁣

Worry is doubt.⁣

Worry is fear.⁣

Worrying is picturing the worst case scenario in your mind.⁣

Worry is a curse you’re placing on your loved one.⁣

Worry is seeing things not work out for them in your head.⁣

Worry is imagining them failing and feeling bad about it in advance.⁣

Worry is internally whispering to them your fears about what might happen.⁣

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴.⁣

Loving them is uplifting them in your mind.⁣

Seeing them happy and healthy.⁣

Seeing them getting everything they desire.⁣

Celebrating their successes.⁣

Wishing abundance and peace upon them.⁣

Imagining them perfectly happy and enjoying their life.⁣

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.⁣

If you love someone, please stop worrying about them.⁣

See them happy, wish them well.⁣

I am seeing you happy, I am wishing you well.⁣

I’ve been a huge fan of Nick Ortner and The TappingSolution for many years. This is a great example of a tapping session and one that I personally use !!

We can get stuck in loops where we think about a certain topic over and over again but don’t actually get anywhere...

Anyone else been there?!⠀🙋🏻‍♂️

This is common when we have done something that we regret or that we're embarrassed about, when we wish we could go back and change our actions and choose a different path.

It's easy to convince ourselves that thinking about that thing we did is helpful and productive…⠀

But...⠀

When we are stuck in the loop of overthinking, chances are we are no longer problem solving or gaining more self-awareness – we are just spinning our wheels and beating ourselves up over “should haves” or “could haves.”

Eyebrow: I am open to releasing these thoughts now
Side of Eye: It's safe for me to relax
Under Eye: Right here, right now, I can let go
Under Nose: Whatever I did or did not do…⠀
Under Mouth: It's okay, I'm okay

Under Arm: I choose to trust myself and my mind
Top of Head: I am relaxing now with a peaceful mind

What’s one thing you are working on?

It can be overwhelming to change your entire wellness routine all at once. ⁠

Instead, start by choosing one to two goals to focus on. ⁠
⁠To get you started, I am sharing five wellness habits that can have a great impact on your life:⁠

Keep a food journal. You'll gain a better understanding of your dietary choices and patterns. ⁠

Move more! Try a walk on your lunch break or take a workout class with a friend. ⁠

Begin your day with intention. Starting your day with an intention can help you schedule your day better, prioritize tasks and much more. ⁠

Sleep is needed to restore your energy, support a healthy mindset and more. Aim to get between 7 to 9 hours of sleep. ⁠

Eat some type of greens, kale, spinach, swiss chard, each day. They are high in fiber, vitamins and minerals.
