Just lately, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients with:

• Chronic pain & persistent musculoskeletal conditions
• Post-surgical rehab (orthopaedic & joint replacements)
• Hypertension & cardiometabolic health
• Tendinopathies (Achilles, hip bursitis, shoulder)
• Mental health & stress-related physical symptoms
• Reduced mobility, balance, and confidence with movement
• Return to activity after long periods of inactivity
