Conceived in modern day Tooting Broadway over a pint of ale back in 2013, Osler's Room has grown to have consecutive sell out medical courses. As well as providing bespoke and high quality courses from established educators; our charitable arm aims to nurtures new talent, giving them the platform and support to thrive. Oslers Room aims to consolidate, refine and share courses, by bringing together

those that have a passion for teaching. Incorporating courses into our group gains the benefit of support from like minded individuals, consultant and senior doctor input, straight to web access, but most importantly… a lot of fun in the process!

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disease in the world – only Alzheimer’s dementia is more common. Yet the cause of the disease has eluded scientists for years – stretching back to 1817, when it was described as the ‘Shaking Palsy’ by James Parkinson. Whilst we can treat some of the symptoms well, our management of the disease is limited by what we don’t know.
