1. Packers Games … 😂 You will notice some Sundays and Mondays there are no Water Body Immersions - I tried lol!

2. You will notice (2) opportunities for Womb Wellness Water Body Immersions focusing specifically on healing/harmonizing the waters of the wellspring within. Women have been seeing significant relief and transformation and connection in these immersives.. so this one is for the ladies looking for tribe and revitalization specific to the womb.

4. This month’s Community Sound Bath + Social is featuring fall herbal elixirs from .wellness !!! Celia is a Master Herbalist, Garden Goddess, and passionate advocate for healthy community (and a nurse!). 💧The Monthly Community Sound Bath + Social — Tomorrow Night!

✨If you’ve been curious about what I do, this is a beautiful way to experience it and meet new tribe. We’ll gather in the blue cocoon — a space to slow down, drop into your water body, and absorb. You’ll be guided through meditation, receive a little taste of my signature scalp massage to support your endocrine system by way of your 11th chakra activation, and rest into the vibrations of a 528Hz sound bath — the frequency of common-unity.

🌱Each month, a featured local wellness expert will be sharing their craft (November’s will be announced tomorrow night!).
This month, Mark from .konopie (Denmark, WI) will be offering his signature Woda Wellness Elixirs — nourishing blends that bring calm and clarity to the mind and body and tap into your cannabinoid system. Mark’s deep passion for regenerative agriculture and the intelligence of h**p is inspiring — and yes, I once played my harp for his cows! As a born and raised multi-generational farmer myself, it literally brought 🥹 to my eyes as they gathered close and listened - a profound moment for me and an opportunity to give back, deeply.

💧💎💧 Day 5 of sharing about my 528hz Quartz Titanium Crystal Harp.

💧I didn’t have my harp for this water message capture, but I had a recording from my Central Energy System Activation of the 13 Chakras. This was such a beautiful, calm day. Chakra 9 - the Thymus or Breath Chakra.

💧It looks like a reflection of the actual video. I wasn’t holding it above, or under it. I had it near and was moving it as it played. I didn’t have my harp on hand in the moment, but definitely will try this again with live music!

💙I love playing for people, but playing for Water and animals - I have even played it for the cows in the pasture .konopie and they came running to attend their sound bath 🥹☺️- is a whole different level. Nature desires the same healing and recalibration (harmonization) as we do.

🌈This instrument has played a pivotal role in my own journey of reviving my own wild waters and much has been discovered these last 11 months. And I cannot wait to have you experience it, too!🙌🤗
