Hello to all who are experiencing something similar to what I am experiencing:
I feel greater clarity, serenity, deep gratitude and also joy...and the feeling that something really big is happening. I believe that it is now possible for everyone to figure out self-healing, I presume the effect is much more intense now and accessible for everybody. - it is also a healing time for the planet. Trust in yourself even you never tried energy work. I think it is easier now. This time needs strength and good vibes!!
Ruthlessness is just as inappropriate as selfishness or lack of compassion. We had enough of that. What counts now is to really stay in your heart, to become calm, to go inside and see what wants to be healed. Or into the connection (also again via the heart ;-) with the source or good spirits... Good thoughts, good vibrations support for those who feel fear, panic but also indifference. Do good to yourself, eat fresh wild herbs or lots of green vegetables, vitamin C and magnesium, sing songs. Good wishes to Nobert who is now flying with the eagles.
