Johnny Gillespie will be there doing "The Way of the Empowered Man." First of it's kind for Kripalu! Don't be afraid to round up your boys and send them : )
Sagel Urlacher's Yin & Meditation starts Sept 28th for those of you who didn't make the March cut off.

Yes, it’s true. Kripalu has had a pipe burst and is canceling the upcoming Art of Hibernation 2/2-2/4 retreat due to the water damage in their cafeteria. I will run it in June and hope some of you can shift your Yoga vaca to then🤷‍♀️ I’m so bummed. Johnny Gillespie’s has been cancelled and rescheduled to June also. 🤦‍♀️🫶❤️
