We are an eclectic team of practitioners who believe that there is no one "right path" to healing for the individuals we serve. We utilize an array of traditional, non-traditional, and creative clinical interventions to assist individuals in getting unstuck from the patterns and constraints that life often presents us. We have a fully stocked Play Therapy Room, Expressive Arts Room, and multiple S

and Tray Therapy collections among the various therapy offices in our building. We offer a warm, soothing office atmosphere that is family-friendly and conveniently located in the heart of Willow Lawn. With an on-site Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, a certified integrative health coach, board certified art therapist, as well as great collaborative relationships with other health practitioners from various disciplines, we believe in a non-competitive approach to treating the "whole person." We love our fellow practitioners in the area and will gladly match individuals with other providers when we are not able to meet the needs presented to us.

Over the past few months, we have been carefully recruiting and hiring some of the area's most wonderful providers to staff our new location at 8804 Patterson Ave! A couple of these providers will be at our Southside location, but most are working (or will be) out of our beautiful new Patterson building. We have more joining in the new year. We are so excited to continue to bring accessible and affirming mental health care to the area. All of these providers accept all of the major insurance plans, including most Medicaid products. While we are working to fit therapy appointments in from our waitlist, we do have very immediate space with our Psychiatric providers at all 3 locations. We have some exciting news! As we add a third location to increase and improve access to much-needed in-network mental health care this summer, we have been working diligently to recruit more fantastic providers to serve our community. In the coming weeks, we will announce our new additions as they get closer to their start dates. Today, we are excited to introduce you to 3 of them, all starting in July! We feel so lucky to have them join our team 🫶🏼
