Together we do this by unpacking the wisdom messages in the body-mind, and claiming the spiritual gifts that are hidden in the Shadow. They can then step into being their full, powerful Self. Why go to such lengths? Because in my personal journey and in my work with many clients I have discovered that empowerment – the integrated merger of soul, mind and body, is the missing piece that is required
for true cure of difficult chronic disease such as autoimmune disorders. I also work with clients who do not have an illness, but who are proactively seeking this step of Self-activation in their lives. What does this mean in ‘real life’ terms? For my clients this has meant:
“I haven’t felt this well since my early 20’s.” (In a 60 year old.)
“I haven’t felt this much like myself since I was a child.”
Being able to safely discontinue medications, including corticosteroids; pain meds, anti-anxiety and anti-depression meds; ADHD meds; meds for high blood pressure; for high cholesterol; for diabetes type 2; for inflammation; for asthma; for allergies. Learning to self heal. Fully healing from PTSD due to many types of trauma. Spontaneous weight loss; spontaneously desired changes in lifestyle and diet, and metabolic balancing without forced effort. Regaining the ability to sleep well at night. Finding the energy and courage to birth personal projects and careers that were desired but had seemed too daunting or scary. Navigating difficult life transitions successfully and with grace. Reconnecting with spontaneity and play; ability to engage in relationships with an open heart; discovering unconditional love. Increased self-understanding, self-acceptance and self-love.
