Meditation Made Easy – Your Journey toward Inner Peace
At The Yoga Cabin, Kessingland.
Includes discussions, sharing, home practice suggestions and support.
Suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience of meditation.
Each of the 6 sessions will have a different theme, but I have designed the course so any of the sessions can be taken separately
A series of 6 sessions with different themes, but designed so each session can be taken individually from the others.
including:
The Breath as a focus for meditation.
Using an object as a visual focus.
Guided images or story, colours, Mandala meditation.
Introduction to mantra, a variety of chants and traditions.
Contemplation, passage meditation and poems.
External sounds as meditation, gongs and singing bowls, listening to music and sounds of nature.
Each session will include:
A discussion on an aspect of meditation.
Suggestions for home practice.
Feedback and sharing on your home practice of meditation.
Some preparation plus a main practice for the week.
A review of techniques covered in previous weeks.
A chance to ask questions.
A printed hand-out containing hints, tips, and reminders of the practices covered in the session.
