In case any of you are yoga instructors looking to add the deeply healing gift that is yin yoga to your offerings... or if you are generally a movement practitioner who would love to deepen their knowledge of Yin Yoga... or if you're just super drawn to this and don't yet know why... I wanted to invite you to my upcoming training weekend in Baltimore, MD (not far from y'all!) at Tribe - The Ritual of Yin Yoga.

This could be for you if you:

~Are looking for a YTT continuing-ed training weekend that also pours into YOU - this is equal parts giving & receiving, with an emphasis on integration.
~Are hoping to add Yin Yoga to your offerings in 2025 and are looking for an immersive way to begin or continue your relationship with this practice
~Enjoy learning in a collaborative setting with emphasis on curiosity & embodiment

This 20-hour weekend includes one virtual practice prior to our gathering, and a weekend immersion Friday Feb 28-Sun March 2, 1pm-7pm each day at Tribe in Mt Vernon!

Tomorrow we begin… again… and again.

The Journey of ReDiscovery —

Maybe it’s rediscovering your yoga practice.

Or your inner wisdom.

Or your playfulness.

Or your freedom.

Or your intuition.

Or all of the above.

Just know that if you’re feeling the pull, that something is waiting for YOU! In life, we constantly dance towards and away from our truth, our knowing, our hearts… in order to feel the resonance & excitement of returning to, of rediscovery, of remembering.

And I, for one, am quite excited to “return” to my mat.

I use the quotations because I have certainly taught & even practiced yoga in these past two years… but to do so INTENTIONALLY in a container like this, with the prayer of deep healing for myself AND all of those who feel called to join?

This is radical, and overdue, and as always truly in divine timing. It might be messy & awkward & new because all of the best things are at first.

There is still time to join (and really, you can join anytime through the end of May!) and the recordings will be sent for those who cannot attend live.
