                                            There are 2 ways to show up on your mat and in life: As a YES or as a NO. 
EMBODY YOUR YES.
Last Saturday was my favorite class I’ve taught so far Infinity Fitness
The energy was FRICKEN AMAZING!

Here’s the thing:
‘No’ energy is restricting and resisting and you can feel it in your body in rounded shoulders and tense muscles in the body and face.
YES energy has the energy of possibility and excitement. Your legs are strong your chest is lifted! 
Specifically in asana, when you feel the body resisting or the breath constricting, ask yourself—-> how can I adjust to embody a YES in my physical body and my breath? Then do it and feel the difference.
 
Take that off the mat by noticing when your body language or your mind is tight or resisting, and ask yourself the same thing.
