Poitive Momentum, LLC will be there to provide LOTS of info/samples on Nutrient Dense Foods for your pantry, recommend some of our favorite books and guides to improve your health across a wide spectrum of topics, recommended basic movements and exercises to get started on your strength and mobility journey, tips for improving sleep, and MORE!!!

Be sure to bring your phone/camera to take pictures of foods, books, info, etc. to put in your "new year/new you" program for 2026.

We will be there to help "empower you to take charge of your health through EDUCATION and AWARENESS"!!!
