Prepping a meal for a client and this is what I cut off goat meat. I just had to pause and take a picture.

Surprisingly some people categorize goat meat as white meat. Some people doesn’t even cut out anything.

This is stroke, Heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases.

7 days challenge yourself to drink only water.⁣

How much water should I drink daily?⁣
Fill in your weight (in pounds) below and divide by two. ________lbs. \ 2 = ______oz. water daily⁣

Example: 154lbs \ 2 = 77oz water daily. So that’s roughly above 2 liters of water⁣



However this depends on your environment/weather. I definitely drink more than 3 liters daily due to hot weather. ⁣


💚Can be natural tea 🍵 with no creamer or sugar. ⁣
💚You can add fruits in water ⁣
💚 This means no unhealthy drinks⁣
💚 Instead of fruit juice, eat your fruits whole⁣
💚 Tag 2 friends to join you ⁣

100g contains 482 calories
22g fat content

The pack above is 70g so let's do the maths
482/10= 48.2
48.2 x 7 = 337.4
Fat: 22/10 =2.2
2.2 x 7 = 15.4

So the above pack is 337.4 calories with 15.4g fat.
Sugar isn't listed but we know how sweet it is. .

How to cut calories in food.
➡️Reduce oil when cooking
➡️Grill or bake instead of frying
➡️Stir fry veggies in water instead of oil
➡️Eat your fruits whole instead of drinking fruit juice
➡️Use smaller plates
➡️Go easy on the sauce
➡️If you won’t eat it, don’t stock it

➡️Eat more vegetables
➡️Order salad dressings on the side
➡️Don’t eat when you’re distracted
