So I have taken a long leave from the whole fitness eating right thing and it ha snot paid off :-( disappointed in myself but I am now more motivated then ever to loose 10-20 pounds. I know it's hard for me as I am a stay at home mom with lots going on also I suck at activity and eating well as well as struggle with a mental illness but starting Monday I am going back at it starting with 21 day fix mixed with insanity max 30 therefore I will be dialling in hardcore to nutrition and doing an hour of exercise everyday wish me luck. I need to fit into my jeans :-(

Insanity max 30 is def my workout. I can't wait to see results. It's the only program that can get my heart up to 150 and beyond and makes me sweat and longest I can keep a cardio heart rate. :-) loving it

Day 2 has been good workout after kids are in bed cuz we were busy all day. Nutrition on track 80% I had some katchup with my roast cuz it was dry lol and I had a half a carb portion more then I should have. But I love mashed potatoes lmao other then that I'm spot on.

OMG after some crappy eating this weekend (don't get me wrong it was a great weekend lol 😜) and two missed workouts I did my one day today and tomorrow I will double up and be caught up :-) 22 min hard corps cardio 2 and core 1 done. Wow gorilla crawls and water bugs not a fan but it got me sweatin' and burnin' calories lol. I'm back at it with good ol' Tony Horton. 💪👍🏻😝
