What I do: part 3 (final)
Firstly, I’d like to tell you what else I’m “trained” to do and then let you know what actually I‘m doing with those areas.
Training:
🌳Forest Therapy: I am certified to take people out on forest therapy walks. This is a wonderfully beneficial practice and is considered #1 in alternatives in the mental health world for all kinds of disorders including PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and others.
🪴Life and spiritual coach:
I am a certified spiritual coach and healer:
I LOVE helping people identify their needs and coaching them to reach their goals.
💫Revive Cellular Memory Technician:
Certified RCMT technician and co-creator. This has been the most beneficial thing for my family and clients. I use muscle response testing and this energetic program to see where the imbalances are in your body, mind, and spirit and then am able to see what YOUR BODY says is what you need to reach balance again. It also has completely opened my mind to see God in new ways. It has removed my limiting beliefs about God and his world and changed the way I look at everything. It has brought me closer to Him and deepened my relationship with Him.
Here is what my training is morphing into over this last year.
🏖lots of time off from working on others to work on myself and family. This has also given me time to focus more on homeschooling and the special need in our family. I invested time searching out others to help with my healing including:
🌵A functional Doctor and bloodwork
⭐️A holistic doctor w/ supplements & frequencies
🪷Regular yoga classes
✨Physical Therapy
🌲Regular chiropractic adjustments
💦A workout routine & lifestyle/food change
🌸Extra time to rest, recharge, pray, and think
🙌So with all of that, I have reaffirmed that all of these options are what is best for my body.
The things that are changing are how these trainings are going to look in the future. I do not know what God has for me for my long term plan, but right now I am having to focus on not being drained physically and mentally. My husband and I are trying to “work smarter not harder.” As much as I love what I have been doing, it physically and emotionally drains me and I know that I need to save that energy for my family.
🧠We are in the midst of a season with one of our children and are making some decisions that are very difficult. They focus mainly on brain and mental issues and disorders. Through all that I have been through and with my training, family, and experience, I would love to focus on the brain aspects of healing. This has seemed like where God has directed me long before I realized it.
💡So with that being said, I am still doing essentially the same thing, BUT with a slightly different approach. I will no longer be doing individual sessions, but rather focus on long term coaching that will incorporate RCMT, Forest therapy, and also Spiritual Coaching. In order to keep within my limits, I will only take on clients one at a time, and I am moving away from addressing physical health problems and am more focused on mental issues. (I’m not a physiologist and will not address things from that perspective.)
🌼I love sharing all I have learned over the years and plan to continue to do that through coaching! If you’d like to find out more, please message me.
