This is the breakfast I eat almost every day after my walk/run. Underneath the egg is homemade sourdough bread topped with olive oil and mashed avocado. Then I add a bunch of sautéed vegetables and lettuce.  That, alongside either a coffee latte or tea latte makes for a delicious and nutritious breakfast and start to my day! 😁

If you want to stabilize your glucose levels at every meal, eat your vegetables first, then your protein, then your carbs. It’s important to have vegetables with every meal, including breakfast. So, for example, I will eat sautéed vegetables- like zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and peppers first for breakfast. Then I’ll eat an egg and finish with either a piece of fruit or toast.  Give it a try and see if not only your glucose levels are better, but you also have more energy and are more alert. 😉

If you have trouble falling asleep you can make a roller bottle with these essential oils and fill the rest of it up with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil. Then put it on your spine, bottom of feet and pulse points. Let me know how it works for you. 😉

I try to eat 5-10 cups of fruit and vegetables a day. It’s not easy! Here are some of my recent lunches: Pumpkin curry with a salad, Cauliflower, Pea & turmeric soccata (new recipe from Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbook) and just a big salad with lots of fresh ingredients. All were so tasty and satisfying.
