✨Still reeling from a powerful 2 days in NYC at Passionate & Prosperous Live! ✨

4 years in a row of attending my coach’s live event continues to bring so much clarity & purpose, helping me remember why it’s important to do the work that I do in the world.

Connecting with so many amazing humans and feeling so much inspiration from each & every person I met.

Thank you for your magic. I’m honored to have been a part of it!

Love my walks on the High Line, morning coffee runs and the perfect fall weather.

Until next time, NYC!

Healing from outdated coping mechanisms, poor habits, chronic pain, disease….you name it….

It isn’t about overhauling your entire lifestyle all at once.

Some tiny habits to start with:
☕️ Protein in your coffee
🚶‍♀️Going for a walk after meals
🫶 Taking a deep breath with your hand over your heart
📝 Journaling your emotions

Start small.

Which one will you do today?

Double tap if you agree!

One thing I hear myself saying to each & every client….”we won’t be trying to revamp your entire diet & lifestyle all at once. That only leads to overwhelm. And when our brains are overwhelmed, we end up doing nothing and getting nowhere.”

Ready for support, meeting yourself exactly where you are and taking gradual steps to feel amazing again?

Stick with me!

📚I was honored to be a part of the book launch team for this amazing publication. I was able to read it before it was even out in the world last week. 🤗

Here is my full review….

As someone who has taken many of Dr. Aimie’s courses over the years, I was thrilled to see her work captured in The Biology of Trauma: How the Body Holds Fear, Pain, and Overwhelm, and How to Heal It. This book is a powerful compilation of her teachings, offering both a scientific framework and practical pathways for healing.

What stands out most is how Dr. Aimie takes complex, often heavy material and makes it accessible, understandable, and even hopeful. She shares real-life stories that are deeply relatable, illustrating how trauma shows up in the body and how healing is not only possible but achievable.

As a Mind Body Coach, I found this book particularly affirming. It bridges the gap between science and lived experience, validating what so many of us see in our clients: that symptoms and patterns are not “all in the head” but rooted in biology—and that with the right tools, change can happen.

The Biology of Trauma is an important read for anyone who wants to better understand themselves, their health, and their healing journey. Whether you are a professional, someone navigating your own healing, or simply curious about the mind-body connection, this book offers both clarity and hope.

If you’ve ever wondered why nothing seems to work for your fatigue, pain, anxiety, or brain fog…start here.

Most women never connect their symptoms with blood sugar balance.

But those daily crashes & spikes are sending constant “stress signals” through your nervous system.

And when your body is stuck in stress, healing is impossible.

The good news? Balancing your blood sugar doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s about making small shifts to help your body feel safe & calm again.

💡 When your blood sugar is steady, your mood is too.
💡 When your blood sugar is steady, your energy rises.
💡 When your blood sugar is steady, you can finally heal & feel good.

🤝This is part of the work I’m passionate about guiding women through.

🌟 If your symptoms keep flaring, it doesn’t mean you’re failing…it means your nervous system needs support-not more pressure.

Most women I coach (myself included!) are used to trying harder when things aren’t working.

This “forcing” mentality backfires when it comes to your body. Trust me-I’ve learned the hard way.

When you’re stuck bouncing between stress (fight or flight) & shutdown (freeze), your symptoms won’t budge- no matter how “healthy” you try to be.

Here’s what you need to know:
🌟It’s not about more willpower
🌟It’s not about doing things perfectly
🌟It’s about gently guiding your nervous system back to calm so your body feels safe enough to heal

True story: Coffee and I have had a complicated relationship. ☕️💔

And because of that, I’ve been adding protein to my coffee since before it was cool 😎

Coffee messes with my blood sugar, leaving me feeling spacey, anxious, and sometimes more exhausted.

I tried giving it up for awhile. And if you’re a coffee lover like me, you already know how that went!

It was just depressing. My morning coffee & relaxation is one of my favorite parts of the day!

Anyone else go to bed thinking about their morning cup?

So instead, I found a way to work with my body: I added protein!

This helps balance my blood sugar so I don’t crash in the middle of a client coaching session.

And bonus: it keeps my mood steadier!

🌟Why this matters:
When your blood sugar is on a rollercoaster, your body feels stressed, your mood takes a hit, and it makes healing that much harder.

🌟But when you keep it balanced, your nervous system feels safer, your energy improves, and your body has more space to heal.

🌟Healing doesn’t have to be about giving things up that you love. It’s about making small shifts that help your body feel supported.

I’ve got you!

There IS a better way!

After over a decade in the fitness industry, I found myself wanting more. More for myself and more for my personal training clients and group exercise participants. I knew in my heart that I needed more than just a great workout to bring myself and others into an optimum state of health. After all (and we’ve all heard it):

  • it’s 80% about what you put into your body and only 20% how you move your body

  • “abs are made in the kitchen”, etc.
  • As a lover of food (especially carbs & sweets), this was a hard pill for me to swallow! But I’m SO glad that I have!
