Oh hey week, I didn't see you creep up to mid-week on me, but guess what, no problemo! We might be intimidated by the fact that people are at different stages and progressions than us, but this shouldn't matter! We're exactly where we are meant to be and can start at anytime.💖✌🏼️

We're so happy to announce that our site is now live and ready for action! Things have been a little crazy behind-the-scenes and that's why there's been radio silence. We're happy to share the movement with you now though, as we take on weekly (and hopefully daily) yoga practice.
