I believe that the most important thing we can all do to improve our health is to Know Our Food! Know where it came from! 2. Know the ingredients! 3. Know how it makes you feel! These 3 steps will lead to a better understanding of how the healthier choices we make with our food the better we will feel! As I began to know my food better, my health improved in the most amazing ways! Now I feel good

about my food choices! They represent how I feel about being kind to the earth and animals, and leaving a smaller eco footprint by choosing local foods. Eating less processed foods and knowing how they make me feel, those two steps, helped me defeat the biggest health concerns in my life: Migraines (before and after my daughter was born) and fatigue and mild depression after my daughter was born.
