Finishing the day by the water 😍

Watching the sunset and practising gratitude πŸ™

Back to the grind tomorrow, but still equipped with tools to help keep me grounded and calm. A change of scenery has been wonderful though 😊

A perfect morning πŸŒ„

Ceremonial Cacoa, grounding, walk through the water & sand, fresh cool sea air and the sounds of the waves.

Manifesting positivity & kindness, doing my morning affirmations and being present in the moment.

My soul needed connection and I'm grateful for the opportunity to fill my cup πŸ™

THE SACRED BEAUTY OF AGING

There is a story written on our skin.
Not the Story of loss, as we were taught to believe.
But the Story of becoming.

The lines around our eyes are not mistakes. They are Rivers carved by laughter, by tears, by moments when life cracked us open and demanded we Loved deeper.
The softening of our skin is not a betrayal, it is a gift, a Body that has learned to hold more Love, more tenderness, more truth.

We were told to fear this process. To fight it. To hide it. To inject it and to deny it.
As if youth was the only currency of worth, the only currency of desire and pleasure.
But what if aging is not about losing BEauty…
What if aging is the sacred act of remembering who we really are?

As our skin loosens, so do we. don't we? When we allow ourself that...
We release the tightness of expectations, the pressure to be perfect, the suffocating masks we once wore to fit in.

TheBody mirrors the Soul: what was once held so tightly can finally relax.
We no longer need to prove ourselves.
We are learning to rest into the Woman we have always been becoming.

We are invited to stand in a new kind of Light. A deeper radiance.
Not the shine that comes from gloss and surface, but the radiance that rises from deep within. A radiance of stories.
The glow of wisdom, of scars turned into Medicine, of mistakes alchemized into strength.
WE become more raw, more real, more magnetic. MORE WILD!

This is the beauty that cannot be bottled or bought or injected.
It is the beauty of freedom.

Aging as a woman is an act of rebellion in a World that worships eternal youth. A slick saless trick, invented by companies that make mountains of money and status
It is saying: I will not disappear. I will not shrink. I will not apologize for becoming myself.
It is standing in the mirror, touching the lines, the softness, the stories, the battles fought... and whispering: Thank you. You are me. And I love you.

Sisters, this is the invitation...
Not to fade, but to finally burn with the fire of authenticity.
Not to cover up, but to reveal. HERE I AM!
Not to strive for who we think we should be, but to embody who we are. ANd with that show the way to the younger generations.

To every woman stepping into her her sacred maturity:
May you see yourself as the temple you are.
May you walk with pride in the stories your body carries.
May you know that aging is not the end of beauty, it is its deepest unfolding.

Because the truth is...
You are not becoming less.
You are becoming more.

Visiting Brisbane and wanted to ground myself after spending the morning amongst the hustle and bustle in the concrete jungle. The city atmosphere is lovely with the overcast cooler weather, but I am excited to find some grass πŸ˜€ 🌳

Ever caught yourself rubbing your feet together while falling asleep or when you're feeling anxious? This repetitive motion, sometimes called "cricketing" or "cricket feet", may seem like a harmless or even quirky habit. But for many trauma survivors, especially those who have experienced emotional or narcissistic abuse, it is a deeply rooted self-soothing behaviour. And it might be telling you something important.

Cricketing is a subconscious way the body attempts to self-regulate in the face of unresolved stress or trapped trauma. It engages the nervous system gently, offering a sense of calm and comfort. But while this behaviour is not harmful and should not be forcibly stopped, it can be a clue that the body is still holding on to emotional pain that hasn’t yet been processed or released.

When trauma gets trapped in the body, it can impact both physical and mental well-being. Instead of resisting self-soothing behaviours like cricketing, it's important to support the nervous system with additional tools that help the body release stored tension and promote healing.

One of the most effective methods is diaphragmatic breathing. This type of deep, controlled breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting the body into a state of calm. Meditation is another powerful tool, especially when paired with healing sound frequencies like 417 Hz and 528 Hz, which are known to support emotional release and relaxation.

Movement-based therapies also offer relief. Practices like yoga, tai chi, somatic movement, and TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) are scientifically supported methods for helping the body discharge built-up stress. These gentle, intentional movements work by releasing muscle tension, restoring balance in the nervous system, and re-establishing a sense of safety and connection.

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, and what works for one person may not work for another. But if cricketing is something you notice in yourself, take it as a gentle invitation from your body to explore deeper healing. You are not broken. Your body is simply doing its best to help you cope.
