Free 20 minute consultation
I am offering a free 20 minute phone or Zoom consultation for new clients as well as any clients I have worked with more than 6 months ago. Find out more about new somatic therapies I offer and see if they may help you reach your personal wellness goals.

Somatic Tools for home practices
Recently I have been working on creating outlines of somatic practices, resources and tools you can use on your own to continue making personal improvements and reaching your goals.

They include practices from:

Somatic Experiencing & Hakomi Methods techniques for grounding, resourcing and emotional state regulation.

Internal Family Systems IFS (parts work) internal dialogue work. Learn how the many aspects of yourself communicate and what drives their behavior.

Integral Somatic Psychology ISP skills for managing difficult emotions and processing them.

Dialog/communications skills for conflict resolution for internal dialogue with yourself (parts work) and external communications with with others.

Feldenkrais Movement Exercise videos for reducing chronic pain and developing better body function, mobility and performance.

I have focused on developing the most innovative research-based Somatic Therapy methods to help my clients resolve trauma, anxiety and chronic pain, reach deeper states of self awareness and wellbeing than would be accessible through talk therapy alone.

Healing Methods I use:

Somatic Experiencing SE

SE heals the physiology of trauma, fear and dissociation in the brain and body that often keeps recycling it self unless treated.

SE helps clients gently contact dis-regulated overwhelmed fear states, resolving them through gentle tracking (self awareness), orienting and grounding techniques that reorganizes our brain's response to perceived fear.

Integral Somatic Psychology ISP

ISP provides clients regulate difficult emotional states like fear, shame, grief/loss, sadness, anxiety and anger with easy to use tracking and self awareness tools.

ISP helps you contact deeper (and often subconscious) emotional states helping your brain & body to more fully process emotions faster allowing you to enjoy a wider range of emotional experiences.

Hakomi
Hakomi helps heal attachment wounding and trauma that originated in early developmental stages of childhood and birth. Helps access and unbind painful emotional states.

Internal Family Systems IFS (Parts work)
IFS is an easy to learn method for understanding why individual aspects of our personality (parts) have strategies and behaviors that habitually act adversely in our lives as they try and protect parts of ourselves that are perceived as vulnerable and wounded.

IFS helps you develops ways to dialogue and understand protective parts of yourself and frees you to resolve areas of conflict, fear and vulnerability.

Somatic Coaching
Inquiry method for goal setting and making important life decisions.

Feldenkrais Classes

I teach weekly Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes online and in person.

Feldenkrais classes change your body by changing your brains awareness of yourself while performing gentle functional movements.
