Get Trim with Kim A page to encourage weight loss and fitness but most importantly I want YOU to know that you are NOT I am a married mother of two! I was wrong.

I joined Weight Watchers in 7/2005 at the heaviest I had ever been. My goal weight was supposed to be 160 pounds but told myself that would never be possible. In 5/2006 I made my goal of 160 pounds (losing 39.6 lbs). I maintained for about a year until we moved across the state of IA to NE. It was the first time I had ever left "home" and it didn't sit well with me, which led me to gain back about

15 pounds. In March of 2009 I joined a gym and decided to recommit and get back to goal. By Dec of 2009 I had surpassed my WW goal and made it to my personal goal of 140 pounds. For the 1st time ever I felt confident and in control. I am not going to lie. Maintaining is just as hard as losing and at times I struggled . . . . I still struggle and have been for the last three years because it's a constant battle . . . . I am back to 165 pounds. I have my good weeks and my bad weeks. I became a Team Beachbody Independent Coach in Aug of 2013 (www.beachbodycoach.com/kstueve) to not only help myself get back to goal but to also help others realize it IS possible. We may struggle over and over again but the fact is we keep trying! I will get back to goal! I have gained a lot of muscle these last couple of years so I honestly have no idea where "goal" is but what I can tell you is I fight for it every day!
