I’m not here to judge you, my Lord says, “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned…” sooo that’s not for me.
Instead I extend grace and want to encourage you to take the first step sis!
Yes, I know life happens. Yes, I know you’re tired. Yes, I know you don’t always feel like it; but have faith in the process as you grow more in discipline and consistency. Your health and wellbeing is worth it.
🔥Cardio & Upper Body Workout 🔥
*3 sets each exercise
Pop squats - 30 secs
High knees - 30 secs
Single arm bent over row x 10
Push ups x 10
Leg raises + reverse crunches x 10

** I’m using a 20lb dumbbell. Use the weight(s) that accommodate your fitness level. Bench is not required. **
