Back with another one!! 🔥

It’s a new month ladies and I have to ask, have you started your workout routine yet? You know the one you said you were going to start ✌🏽 months ago…
I’m not here to judge you, my Lord says, “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned…” sooo that’s not for me.
Instead I extend grace and want to encourage you to take the first step sis!

Yes, I know life happens. Yes, I know you’re tired. Yes, I know you don’t always feel like it; but have faith in the process as you grow more in discipline and consistency. Your health and wellbeing is worth it.

🔥Cardio & Upper Body Workout 🔥
*3 sets each exercise
Pop squats - 30 secs
High knees - 30 secs
Single arm bent over row x 10
Push ups x 10
Leg raises + reverse crunches x 10
Let’s work!! ⛓️‍💥🔥

** I’m using a 20lb dumbbell. Use the weight(s) that accommodate your fitness level. Bench is not required. **

Everyday won’t always look the same nor will you always feel like showing up but show up anyway. When we prioritize ease over obedience, we miss God’s purpose. Whatever you eat, drink, or do—do it all for His glory, not your comfort.

Get into this BODYWEIGHT CARDIO session for your next workout 🔥🔥
(*focus on higher reps and faster tempo to keep your heart rate up*)

Jog in place 1 min
Squats x 20 + 15 pulses
Squat jacks x 20
Reverse lunges x20
complete 3 rounds of each exercise! 😘✌🏽
