I think sometimes we have a hang up from childhood, when making a mistake could bring criticism or worse. If you want to broaden your horizons and try new things, accept that sometimes it won't work out. You might be wrong! But that's fine. A lesson learned and time to move on. Enjoy trying new things. It's stimulating.
