In 2023, a client (who had previously worked with me to quit their nail-biting habit) came to me for support in finding better ways to process and express hard emotions. This weekend, they took the time to email me an update:
"...it's rare that I get very angry at all, sure life has frustrations for me as it does to anybody but I handle them with a lot more grace now. Also, I still have not bitten or chewed on my nails since our first session. You do some great work!"
What a gift to start the week off with this message. I'm so grateful!
