There's something uniquely fun about sessions around winter solstice and the new year! I'm feeling grateful as I think back on all the clients I've had the joy of working with this year.

I realized today:
I only have *one* more session available for 2025.
I wonder who my last client of the year will be!

In 2023, a client (who had previously worked with me to quit their nail-biting habit) came to me for support in finding better ways to process and express hard emotions. This weekend, they took the time to email me an update:

"...it's rare that I get very angry at all, sure life has frustrations for me as it does to anybody but I handle them with a lot more grace now. Also, I still have not bitten or chewed on my nails since our first session. You do some great work!"

What a gift to start the week off with this message. I'm so grateful!

Folks who would like sliding scale rates for Hypnotherapy: reach out! I'm offering a sliding scale for sessions to both return clients and new clients. If you're interested in sliding scale rates, reach out in the next week or so while I still have spots available.

Hypnotherapy works wonderfully via zoom: I have been seeing clients online since 2018.

Together, we can help you find more ease in changing a habit, shifting a mindset or limiting belief, or help you find new ways to lower unhelpful levels of worry, anxiety, and negative self-talk.

David Kessler's work has positively impacted the ways our communities think about, talk about, and experience grief.

I feel so fortunate to be attending his "How You Can Help Others Navigate Grief" training tomorrow. I look forward to leaving the zoom call with new ideas of how we can help each other navigate the dark and unpredictable paths of grief.

- Today, a client shared with me how good she's felt since our last session in June.

After years of suffering painful negative self-talk, hypnotherapy has helped her find more ease in releasing these patterns. It's been a joy to be part of her process as she's discovered newfound feelings of freedom, peace, and confidence. I'm so proud of her and feel so grateful to have been a part of her process.
