The OHH Outreach team loved being part of such a beautiful day filled with community, connection, and conversations about hope and recovery. 💙

C.L.E.A.R. (Community Law Enforcement Addiction Recovery) connects people affected by substance use with real help.

Addiction doesn’t discriminate. It affects families, friends, coworkers, neighbors and in 2024 alone, 23 lives were lost in Sussex County due to overdose. But 71 more lives were saved thanks to Narcan and fast action by EMS and law enforcement.

This past weekend on 6/28, the OHH outreach team showed up for Montague Day — and what an amazing day it was! 💙

We met new faces, reconnected with familiar ones, and shared real conversations about hope, healing, and recovery. From free resources to listening ears, we were there to remind Sussex County that no one has to walk this road alone.
