Today I’m honoring the gifts I’ve received.

Lately, life has been full…
So many things pulling my attention, so many responsibilities to juggle.

Today, I choosing to pause and celebrate something beautiful: I turned 39 a couple of weeks ago.🎉

I may not have shouted it from the rooftops then, but I’m claiming it now! with lots of gratitude 🙏

I’m celebrating the growth, the strength, the softness I’ve learned to hold.

I’m focusing on the good—the joy, the healing, the quiet wins.


I’m honoring the gifts I receive every single day: connection, purpose, health, and the chance to do what I love in life 💕

“I’ll just start over tomorrow.”

That was my mantra for years.

I’d eat an entire box of donuts or bag of chips, feel guilty, and promise myself that tomorrow I’d be “better…. But tomorrow came, and I felt stuck in the same cycle.

What I didn’t realize was that healing binge eating isn’t about being “better.”

It’s about learning to listen to your body, giving yourself grace, and letting go of shame.💜

You deserve a life where food feels good physically, mentally and emotionally.

All Foods Can Fit Into a Healthy Diet

We’ve learned to label foods as “good” or “bad,” but here’s the truth: there’s no such thing as a “bad” food.

At the heart of a healthy diet is balance, not restriction.

Labeling foods as “bad” only creates a cycle of guilt and shame, leading to binge eating and yo-yo dieting.

It’s time to break free from that mindset! 🙌

Here’s why all foods can fit into a healthy diet:

• Food is fuel: Your body needs a variety of nutrients to function, and those come from a wide range of foods.

• Balance over perfection: Eating a balanced diet means you can enjoy ALL foods without guilt, the key here is variety and keeping your plate colorful and interesting.

•No more deprivation: When you allow yourself to enjoy all foods, you reduce cravings and the urge to overeat.

✨ Remember: Healthy eating isn’t about perfection, it’s about balance.

You don’t need to eliminate foods you love to be healthy. Instead, focus on nourishing your body with a variety of foods that make you feel good – both physically and mentally.
