Recently I enrolled in the Yoga Accelerator Program offered by .business and .

Just to be clear - I’m not a yoga teacher (more of a yoga ‘enthusiast’ 🧘🏼‍♀️😆) but I felt that the ladies running this program .rose and are great mentors, generous with their offerings, and undoubtedly have a wealth of knowledge in running successful online businesses in a similar industry to what I’m interested in 🤓

I have learnt so much in a short space of time, and I’m honestly finding the program to be super inspiring ✨

There have been plenty of resources, journal prompts and mini projects to get our creative juices flowing 🤩 One of these projects was to create an alter for shakti to recognise what inspires us and brings us joy. This is mine ✨🌈🩷 (along with all the special feathers 🪶 and my vision board😉)

Such a wonderful day at the Cobram Wellness Day today! 🤲🏻 🌿

Organised by the Cobram Community House, it was lovely to meet so many new people and share my music with people that have never heard it before 🎶

Also a little bit of fun being the model for chair yoga for 🪑🧘🏼‍♀️

There’s nothing quite like a little break away from home to recharge, refresh, and reset! Kyneton was a beautiful (albeit very cold 🥶) place to visit, and it was even better to spend the weekend there with my dear friends from high school 🥰 Lots of laughs, cups of tea, fun with a yoga class, and a sound bath thrown in for good measure 😉

Now that I’m home I’m looking forward to all the sound baths this week 😍 🎶 ⬇️
