At the moment walking is my daily yoga practice - movement, breathing and meditation all rolled into one. I have also started a bit of work on carefully building up my deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Will share these soon. Happy Monday ☀️

BREATHLESS! Half way through the 3rd trimester 😳and I can’t get enough of any pose that helps me find just a little bit more space to breathe a little deeper!

Backbends while pregnant
Ustrasana (camel pose) has become a new favourite of mine - since lying on my front is not an option anymore! As your bump starts to get bigger and the ligaments begin to loosen the curves in your spine adapt. I am really noticing this in my body at the the moment so anything that helps to open up through the thoracic spine but does not deepen the curve in my lower back to much feels so good!
