Incredible 😃..free therapy…and effective! Grounding is one of the healthiest treatments and preventive measures you can take. Why? Because our bodies are madeup of the same compounds and electrons as the earth—as nature. Listen to the simplicity of grounding/earthing. It’s at least worth trying if you’re suffering with inflammation…which leads to autoimmune…which leads to dis’ease (at least 85 diseases are inflammation related).
