Suzie is a Jurien Bay local who holds regular sound healing sessions in town and loves exploring the meditative side of yoga.
She’s passionate about nervous system support and the healing power of sound. In this session, she’ll be guiding a gentle Yin yoga experience infused with sound to help participants soften, reset, and reconnect.
